Who is this work for?
Senior leaders, leadership teams, organisations, coaches and mentors working in complex cultural and systemic environments.
How does an engagement begin?
With a conversation. Tell me what is happening and what you want to explore. I will tailor the programme to the situation. For one-to-one coaching, I typically suggest eight sessions over six months.
Where and how do you work?
I am Australian and based in Panama. I work worldwide, online or in person depending on the project.
How is confidentiality handled?
Client confidentiality is paramount. Names, identifying details and context in any coaching stories are deliberately altered to protect anonymity.
When is training available?
Face-to-face and online vibe coaching workshops are planned for 2027. Further details will be available in February 2027.
